This product is best suited when there's need for a phone number to ring in more than one handset, or maybe forward calls to other phone numbers while handsets ring as well.
This product doesn't add lines, but the capacity to ring several lines and other phone numbers at the same time.
The standard capacity is 5 destinations at a time, whether lines or external phone numbers.
Rates apply per external destination and according to incoming phone number rates.
Lines must be purchased in order to be configured in the ring group. Balance must be present in order to place external calls in prepaid accounts. In postpaid accounts, credit must be available.
If more than 5 destinations are required, for call centers for example with high incoming calls traffic, an Expansion Pack can be purchased for increments of 5 additional destinations.
